ALL SALES ARE FINAL
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
If an item is damaged in transit please contact me with photos within 48 hours of your package being marked as delivered so we can find a solution.

• Shipping •
Processing Times:
Processing times are different from shipping times. Processing times are the amount of time it takes me to prepare your order. This means it can take a full 3 weeks for us to complete your regular order and more than 4 weeks to complete your preorder.
*5-10 days for Ready to Ship items
*4+ weeks for Preorders
Once finished processing, shipping time can vary between 1-10 days depending on circumstances.
*I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
*If you need something sooner please contact me and we can discuss your needs. Expedited orders will incur an additional fee.
Shipping Policy:
WE OFFER FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING, NO INSURANCE.
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
WE DO NOT SHIP ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
We are only responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.
In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit:
*YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT.
*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS!
*ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order! We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again, we are not responsible for packages once they transfer to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages.
*You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if USPS loses the package. If your package is returned, you are responsible for contacting us with the correct address to be shipped back to you. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGES’ TRACKING PROGRESS. ANY ORDER/PACKAGE RETURNED TO US DUE TO "INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS" OR "NON-DELIVERABLE" MUST PURCHASE A RESHIPPING LABEL WITHIN 30 DAYS. AFTER 30 DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED BY THE BUYER. NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPERS FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE LIST ITEMS AS PERSONALIZED CUPS AND WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT SHIPPED. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. YOU MUST READ THE POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED . WE CANNOT TRACK PACKAGES SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ONCE IT LEAVES THE USA. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES.
International Shipping
I ship only to the US. If you are in Canada please message me for a custom shipping quote and listing.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

My products are for display only. These are not toys and are not intended for use by small children as some pieces are small and could be considered choking hazards. Some pieces are made of glass and could be dangerous for children as well.
Legacy Wood Designs and it's owner Crystal Stennett are not responsible or liable in any way for any injuries, incidents or damages that could occur. Once your order ships and is scanned by the USPS, the product is considered your personal property. Legacy Wood Designs/owner Crystal Stennett not responsible for any damage/injuries that could occur due to faulty or improper use of owning of any of my items.
